2. Nature of Services
Him Plus connects patients with Australian-registered healthcare practitioners for telehealth consultations, pathology referrals, and, where appropriate, prescriptions.

Clinical independence: All prescriptions, treatment plans and medical advice are issued solely at the discretion of the treating doctor, in accordance with Australian clinical guidelines. Purchasing an assessment does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.

3. Eligibility
You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Reside in Australia
  • Provide accurate and complete information during the health questionnaire and consultation

4. Health Information Collection
By submitting our quiz, forms, or booking a consultation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to customers who have completed the eligibility quiz and were redirected to the eligible purchase page, then purchased the assessment kit.

A full refund is available only where, after completion of the assessment process (including provision of any required test results), the doctor determines you are not clinically eligible for treatment.

No refund is payable if you: choose not to proceed after purchase, do not complete required testing, fail to attend/engage in the consultation, or otherwise prevent completion of the assessment. Treatment costs (if approved) are billed separately after your consultation.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Him Plus and its practitioners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
