Refund Policy:
Assessment Kits:
- Refunds are available only for customers who:
- Complete the eligibility quiz,
- Are redirected to the eligible purchase page, and
- Purchase the assessment kit.
- A full refund will be issued
only if, after completion of the assessment process (including provision of any required test results), the reviewing doctor determines you are
not clinically eligible for treatment.
- No refund will be given if you:
- Choose not to proceed after purchase,
- Fail to complete required pathology testing,
- Do not attend or engage in your consultation,
- Provide false or incomplete information,
- Otherwise prevent completion of the assessment.
Treatment Plans and Prescriptions:
- No refunds are provided once a TRT treatment plan, prescription, or medication order has been issued — even if you choose not to commence or continue treatment.
- Medication costs are payable in full once dispensed and are non-refundable under Australian law unless required by consumer guarantees (e.g., defective or incorrect supply).
Consultation Fees:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced, except where required by law.
- If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, your fee will be forfeited.
Change of Mind:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, or if you later decide not to proceed with treatment after purchase.
Australian Consumer Law:
- Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the
Australian Consumer Law. If goods or services are defective, misdescribed, or fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, refund, or compensation).
